Police to inspect bicycles within next two weeks
June 19, Colombo: Police Media Spokesman SSP Nihal Thalduwa said the police will conduct a special inspection and instruction program on bicycles traveling on the road within the next two weeks.
The Deputy Inspector General of Traffic and Road Safety has stated that due to the fuel crisis prevailing in the country these days, the public is increasingly turning to the use of bicycles.
