[h=1]Sri Lankan refugees approaching Christmas Island[/h]
An asylum boat with 152 other people on board is approaching Christmas Island. A man who says he's onboard the boat has told Saturday AM, the group are mostly Tamils from Sri Lanka and they want to seek asylum in Australia. The Immigration Minister's office is refusing to confirm the reports. Greens Senator Sarah Hanson Young says the government must provide some details and make sure the boat makes it to sure safely
