SriLankan Airlines marks the 70th anniversary of commercial aviation in Sri Lanka

With this historic flight, Air Ceylon, the national carrier of Sri Lanka was born.
From the classic DC-3, the beloved Dakota, to SriLankan Airline's current state-of-the-art fleet of Airbus 320s and 330s, the warmth and hospitality that is the characteristic of our nation has been proudly carried all over the world.

geht mir genauso. Im Flieger begann der Urlaub.

Ich fliege jetzt wenigstens noch ca. die halbe Strecke mit SriLankan Airlines.

FRA - DOH mit Qatar und DOH - CMB mit SriLankan und Arrack
bzw.
CMB - DOH mit SriLankan und DOH - FRA mit Qatar

In Doha habe ich jeweils 4 Stunden Aufenthalt (davon 2 Stunden Lounge).

Entscheidend sind für mich die Flugzeiten ab/an FRA/CMB.

Hinflug: FRA ca. 11:00 CMB ca. 6:00
Rückflug: CMB ca. 19:00 FRA ca. 7:00

So habe ich am Ankunfts- und Abreisetag in SL den gesamten Tag zur Verfügung. Nach der Landung in FRA bin ich Mittags zu Hause und kann mich Nachmittags ausruhen. Für die beiden Qatar Flüge gibt es Meilen auf mein FlySmiLes Konto (oneworld Allianz).
