[h=1]Government remains confident[/h]
The Government says it is confident of proving its case at the UN Human Rights Council in Geneva during the 25[SUP]th[/SUP] session which begins tomorrow (Monday). President Mahinda Rajapaksa’s spokesman Mohan Samaranayake said that while the final text of the proposed resolution is still not known, the President and the Government are ready to face any challenge.
He said that Sri Lanka was united in its stand against the allegations expected to be raised at the Geneva sessions.
